The Trust Layer for AI Commerce

Become the answer AI agents give your next customer.

Your business is about to be filtered through ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity before a human ever sees it. Speakable scores your AI commerce readiness in 2 minutes — then shows you exactly how to be the answer instead of the fallback.

The stakes

The shift already started. Most businesses are behind.

When a customer asks an AI assistant where to buy something, the AI either cites you or cites your competitor. There is no third option.

What you'll be scored on

Four things AI agents check before they send a customer your way.

01 · Discoverability

Does your site speak AI's language?

AI crawlers don't reason from marketing copy. They look for structured metadata — Schema.org tags, an llms.txt sitemap, clean JSON-LD, and a WebMCP manifest declaring the tools your site exposes to agents. If an agent can't parse your pages or discover your tools, it can't cite you.

  • llms.txt
  • Schema.org
  • JSON-LD
  • WebMCP manifest

02 · Verification

Can AI confirm you're a real business?

Before an agent recommends you — let alone spends a user's money with you — it looks for triangulated proof. Business registration, review density across platforms, consistent NAP, Ed25519-signed trust certificates, and a signed tool inventory that matches what runs in the browser.

03 · Transactability

Can an agent complete a purchase for its user?

Stripe ACP, Visa TAP, Mastercard Agent Pay, Google AP2, and WebMCP browser-side transact tools. The plumbing that lets an AI shopper actually close the loop — server-side A2A or in-browser tool invocation, never a bounce at your checkout page.

  • Stripe ACP
  • Visa TAP
  • Google AP2
  • WebMCP transact

04 · Certification

Are you welcomed by the AI crawlers that matter?

GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended. Your robots.txt invites them in or locks them out. Your freshness signal, RFC 9421-signed trust cert, and WebMCP manifest (with no runtime drift) tell them whether to trust what they find.

Why us

We don't guess at AI commerce. We ship its standards.

Speakable runs 15 specialized Claude agents that audit, score, remediate, and certify businesses across the four AI-readiness pillars. We're authors of the Speakable Trust v1 format — the first RFC 9421-signed commerce verification standard. Success

Where does your business land today?

Five diagnostic tiers. The quiz tells you which one you're in now — and exactly what to fix to climb.

  1. 80–100

    AI-Fluent

Your business speaks AI's language. The agents already know you.

  2. 65–79

    Agent-Visible

You show up — but you're not yet the answer.

  3. 50–64

    Half-Seen

Humans find you. AI agents half-see you.

  4. 30–49

    Going Invisible

You're fading from the answers customers will ask AI.

  5. 0–29

    Dark to Agents

Right now, AI shopping agents can't find you at all.

Trust

We drink our own kool-aid.

Speakable's own certification is live at getspeakable.ai/.well-known/speakable-trust.json. Every signature is Ed25519 with an RFC 7638 JWK thumbprint. Every claim re-verifiable. Our WebMCP tool surface is published and signed at /.well-known/webmcp.json. We're not asking merchants to trust a black box — we publish the standards and the tooling.

Questions

Before you take the quiz.

Isn't this just SEO for AI?

No. SEO optimizes for ranking in human search engines. AI commerce readiness means your product data, pricing, checkout, and identity can be parsed, verified, and transacted on by machines — including agents making purchases without human intervention. Different standards, different signals, different tooling.

My customers don't use AI to shop.

They will. Morgan Stanley's AlphaWise survey shows 23% of Americans made an AI-assisted purchase last month. That's today — not a 2030 projection. And AI-referred traffic to retailers grew 805% year-over-year on Black Friday 2025.

Can't I just add ChatGPT to my site and be done?

No. Adding ChatGPT to your site lets customers talk to AI on your site. AI commerce readiness means AI on other sites — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and the agents built on them — can cite, verify, and buy from you. That requires machine-readable data and signed trust signals, not a chat widget.

Why does this need a trust layer?

Because agents spend real money on behalf of users, and users need recourse if something goes wrong. Speakable's Ed25519-signed trust certificates give agents a cryptographic way to verify a business before completing a purchase. Without it, every AI-led transaction is blind trust.

What does the $47 Agent-Ready Pack actually include?

A custom llms.txt for your site, Schema.org markup for your products or services, an AI-crawler-welcoming robots.txt, a Speakable Trust certificate template, and a copy-paste deploy guide for Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, and Squarespace. Generated by our Remediation Agent for your specific URL.

Do I need to know code?

No. The $47 pack is copy-paste. Speakable Pro deploys fixes for you on supported platforms. You need to know enough to paste text into your site admin — or hand it to whoever does.

Your competitors are being found by AI agents. Find out if you are.

You don't need another SEO audit. You need to know whether ChatGPT and Claude are already citing you — and what to fix if they're not.
